Nhava Marketplace Terms of Service

Welcome to Nhava Marketplace ("Nhava", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nhava Marketplace mobile application and any related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Nhava Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Nhava Marketplace

• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• distribute spam or malicious software;

Nhava reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Transactions Between Users

Nhava Marketplace only provides a platform that allows buyers and sellers to connect.

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

• communicating with one another;
• negotiating prices;
• arranging payment;
• arranging delivery or collection;
• inspecting items before purchase where appropriate;
• resolving disputes.

Nhava does not guarantee:

• the identity of users;
• the accuracy of listings;
• the quality of goods or services;
• successful completion of transactions;
• payment or delivery.

Any transaction entered into is solely between the buyer and seller.

7. Safety

Users should exercise caution when meeting another person or purchasing items through the platform.

Whenever possible:

• meet in safe public places;
• inspect items before payment;
• avoid suspicious transactions;
• report fraudulent activity.

Nhava cannot guarantee the conduct of users.

8. Reporting Abuse

Users may report listings or users believed to violate these Terms.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Submitting false or malicious reports may result in account action.

9. Blocking Users

Users may block other users within the platform.

Blocking prevents future interaction as provided by the application's features.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Nhava reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms;
• engage in fraud;
• repeatedly receive valid abuse reports;
• attempt to circumvent platform rules;
• engage in illegal activity.

Listings may also be removed without prior notice if necessary.

11. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of content that you upload.

By posting content on Nhava Marketplace, you grant Nhava a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit.

12. Intellectual Property

The Nhava name, logo, software, graphics, and other platform content remain the property of Nhava or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

13. Fees and Paid Features

Certain features may be offered for a fee, including premium subscriptions, promoted listings, advertising, or other optional services.

Applicable pricing will be displayed before purchase.

Failure to pay required fees may limit access to certain features.

14. Third-Party Services

Nhava may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, authentication providers, mapping services, cloud storage, or analytics providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nhava Marketplace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nhava makes no warranties regarding:

• user conduct.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nhava shall not be liable for:

• lost profits;

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nhava, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service;

• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable laws;
• disputes between you and other users.
